I love Tiffany's Favs. It's so easy and healthy! Ingredients are gluten and dairy free. My favorite dish by far, hands down is the Pizza! Tastes better than any restaurant out there and it's cheaper which is a great thing cause I crave it daily! Thank you Tiffany for sharing the tools for a healthier life.
I loved Tiffany ever since the 21 day meal plan. This guide and book filled with wonderful, easy, a d delicious recepies was just what I needed to have a less strict plan of what to eat. Everything is both gluten and dairy free. I had such a hard time without this plan finding good dairy free options because I love dairy !!! I needed to drastically change my dairy intake due to breastfeeding and it bothering my newborn and this plan was a life saver ❤️
I loved the 21 Day Meal Plan and lost so much weight (70lbs) using it. After my baby I couldn’t go full force back into a weight loss journey and this was an amazing recipe book to have healthy meals without being too restrictive. The gluten free and dairy free recipes were awesome! My body is much happier when eating so well and I’m so glad that I had a guide to help me! Plus with each recipe she tells you EXACTLY what she used and all the brands were SO easy for me to find!!!

I have used both dairy free/gluten free intuitive eating and the @21daymealplan to lose and maintain a nearly 100 pound weight loss. The first 60 pounds of my journey is what this book is based on.
As of now, these are just recipes, they do not have the calories listed. I never counted calories on my weight loss journey. I ate clean healthy Whole Foods and portioned out intuitively. If there is enough feedback that the calories are needed. I will work on adding that in :)
