Volume I Recipe Book - 21 Day Meal Plan
I’ve stumbled upon seeing 21 Day Meal on Instagram, I’d say about 2 years but I think I was skeptical without giving it a chance. I never bought it because I had already in my mind given up in losing or maintaining weight all my life. I can’t say I’ve tried a lot of diet plans out there but I’ve always tried to maintain weight by counting calories then one day I’ll forget to track or exercise, then it would lead to two and before you know it the old habits are formed. I bought this plan on May 29 and I was determined in my mind and heart to go all in. I am grateful for the plan and the mastermind behind it. I am not 100% complaint. ( I don’t drink black coffee, I splash almond milk and I know I’ve eaten other fruits not listed), but I can say for sure that this plan had challenged me to be better and do better for myself. Being in the facebook group and watching other women share their journey has also reinforced my goal to lose weight and keep consistent with my eating and weight loss journey.
One of the main reasons people thinks too much before giving this a try is because they feel lost. They don’t know exactly what they will do or how they will prepare their food. I say this because it happened to me. But then I bought this cookbook and viola … Everything just came out easier … A lot of recipes even Mexican Recipes So I really really recommend this cook book if you’re a starter ????
Really helped me get jump started on the plan! I’m not the best cook and these recipes were easier to follow and delicious.
